Aahh! Smoothies , just what the name implies, smooth and rich. Smoothies are rich in vitamins, fulfilling and most of all delicious. I joined forces with another blogger, Michelle Faith Ramsay, to introduce to you this great tasting recipe. So go ahead make yourself a smoothie and let us know how it goes. 🙂
- 1 small frozen banana (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup mango (peeled, pitted and chopped)
- 1 cup pineapple chopped
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Add all your ingredients in a blender, pulse till smooth.
Pour in two tall serving glasses and serve immediately.
