Millefeufille – Napoleon easy no bake cake



Today we were cooking in my cousins kitchen.  She stumbled upon this yummy and easy no bake cake, the Millefeaufille- Napolean easy no bake cake. Of course just as with any recipe we have altered this to our liking. Originally, it was suppose to be a Napolean, a French pastry made with puff pastry. Now our version, we don't have the slightest idea what you would call it, all we know is, it's simple and it tastes wonderful and the most important thing it doesn't need baking hence the title!! Between the two families, it was gone in a jiffy. I hope you try it and enjoy just as much as we did. We moms sometimes need some easy and tasty recipes. 

Servings 8 people


  • 500 grams whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 2 pounds Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 packs petit beaurre biscuits
  • 1 jar apricot marmalade
  • 2- 4 tablespoons apricot liqueuer


Empty your biscuits in a plate, it makes easier for youto use them

Empty you heavy whipping cream in a bowl along with the confectioners sugar.

Add the confectioners sugar, then mix until you get a smooth cream.

Once you have a smooth cream add the Greek youghurt and mix.

Mix again when you add the yoghurt.

Lay out your cookies flat on your pan, before adding the cream sprinkle them with the apricot liquer.

Then spread your cream

then another layer, repeat process with liqueur and marmalade, it should have 3 layers of biscuits.

The last layer should be the cream.Your cake is ready, add whatever topping your heart desires or you could leave it as is. Refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours and it's ready to serve.
