My no Sweat Chicken Wrap, takes minutes to prepare and seconds to eat. Super easy – Super scrumptious! Even if you’re a novice in the kitchen my Chicken Wrap and the delish sauce will win you a round of applause from your family and friends!

You can serve as is or with french fries or rice.

TIP: I always have wraps at home for those difficult days when I’m running out of time to make a full-blown meal. With wraps you can let your imagination run wild, you can use vegetables, eggs, beef, heck you can even use seafood, I love my lobster wrap 😉 Of course, this is prepared ahead of time.

No Sweat Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breast
  • 2 big red bell peppers
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1/3 cup Greek Olive Oil

Mustard Honey Sauce

  • 4 tbsp mayonaise
  • 2 tbsp spicy mustard
  • 1 tspn honey
  • 3 tbspn balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbspn fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tspn oregano
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut your boneless chicken breast in cubes or small pieces 

  2. Cut your red peppers and onions in thin strips.

  3.  Heat olive oil in the pan, add your chicken pieces saute for about 5 minutes. Then add your peppers and onions cook until chicken and peppers are tender about 20 minutes.  Add a pinch of oregano, salt & pepper to taste.When ready set aside, make sure you don't burn your onions.

  4. Heat your tortillas in the oven for about 2 - 3 minutes. Cut a piece of wax paper a bit bigger than the tortilla. Place your tortilla on the wax paper, add your fried chicken, then the honey sauce. Your warp is ready to eat! Enjoy!
